What exactly does this error message mean? My sound doesn't work either.

I have an AMD FX-4300 overclocked to 4.3 Ghz. This error message has recently appeared. By that I mean today. I am able to use windows if I restart when this error message appears, for some reason though my sound doesn't work. In the past I would need to restart the computer when the windows logo appears on first boot to get it to work. My motherboard is the MSI 760GM-P34 (fx).

EDIT: I'm using Windows 10 Home Insider Preview. My power supply is a Corsair 430 watt. And my gpu is the Nvidia Gtx 750 ti.

Yes, it's Windows 10 preview edition without a doubt. Try a different Windows version or maybe another Windows 10 preview build.

The sound issue is probably the Audio driver... The sound issue is common from Windows vista onwards. Install/reinstall de audio driver.
