So, a while ago I bought a Mushkin ssd, and updated the firmware(never update the firmware unless you need to, lesson learned). At the end of the installation the update software just said it failed, and when I restarted the ssd wasn't detected and I could not boot from it.
I noticed Crucial had a force-flash software that is bootable via usb, is it possible to load Mushkin's software that way, or modify Crucial's to flash a mushkin firmware onto my ssd?
