I have a 6 year old PC, now i am gonna put that in storage,
and Build a Modern PC for high rendering and gaming purpose, and My Budget is around 20-25K Indian Rupee to build CPU.

So, Please help to build as i have lack of knowledge about some components of CPU

Approximate Purchase Date:Within July-August


Budget Range: 20-25k Indian Rupee


System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming and 3D Rendering


Parts Not Required:keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

You won't be able to build a rendering PC for 25k inr. Or probably even a gaming PC

Youe budget is around $400 your pc will be super entry level and will be miles away from a rendering machine. Not even near a gaming machine. Basically a pc that a 12 year old can be satisfied with... please increasebyour budget by atleast $800 to be able to render.

Toughly i can manage around 500$ at last, so please understand my situation and i have all other accessories like speakers,display, keyboard, mouse, etc.

here you go my friend this is probably the best you can get for $500 and if you go any lower than this you will have a tough time rendering or having a good gaming experience

i3 has 2 solid cores however it has 4threads so its acts as 4 virtual cores. Even though the 6300 has a nice clock speed, don't make it fool you the single core clock power in the 6300 is terrible. It wil only be up to par in gaming only if you oberclock it amd you will need a decent cooler for that. The 270x performs better than the 750ti and it has a better price to performance ratio.

Thank you for the solutions..now please look at this, just added i3 processor(as KKAW Suggests) in i7baby's Specs..is it OK..
and unable to decide the Graphic Card yet
all items are too expensive in our country like- i3 processor rate 140$ instead of 118$ and shipping charges from above suggestions are also bit high.

If you are going to go with the build mentioned above change the motherboard to a ASRock H97M Anniversary much cost friendly and you do not need the z97 chipset it is for overclockable CPUs.

Also pick from the follow gpu list, these have a good price to performance ratio and will fit well with your build:
R9 285
R9 270X
GTX 960
