Compatible ram for this stick?

I have the Patriot Viper 3 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory right now. Timings are 10-10-10-27 and it's CAS 10. 1.5V. Does anyone know of another stick of 8GB that's compatible?

EDIT: I can't find any of this ram anywhere.

+1 Best just to get a set of the amount you want, then if the old will play with the new, it's a bonus, else can put in another rig, or sell and recoup some of your expenditure

i'm just kidding, but if you have the option you should get a ram kit instead, that way you are guaranteed they work in dual channel. if you can find a buyer for the current ram the difference should be about the same cost as a new 8gb single module

That memory is out of production. Get it while you can.

And as someone else stated earlier, there is no guarantee that these new sticks will function with the old stick. You can try it. I would buy it from somewhere that you know will take it back if it does not work for you. Memory and memory controllers can be very fickle at times. And they can change their "minds" at any time.
