Okay so my PC is in good health with anti-virus and anything that needs to be safe. I got it new 4 months ago and my problem is this:
When I install a software or game (not always) after I reboot the PC I will get some freezing lags especially when opening a software like chrome or even the file explorer I will get this freezing problem. Or when I watch videos on youtube or when I play games..... When I uninstall the software or the game and I reboot my PC the problem seems to dissapear. I repeat this doesnt happen always for example I tried installing watch dogs 4 times and I had the problem but when I reinstalled on 5th I didnt get any lags. Any help would be apprecipated and excuse me for my bad language I'm still learning it.

Gpu: Saphire r7 260x 2gb no oc
Psu: 650w
