Simple PC for office, surfing internet and films +-400EUR

There is no i3 4400 processor as far I am aware. The reason for me choosing that AMD chip was because it is also acts as a graphics processing unit rolled into one. Giving some decent office computing performance for its price while allowing for you to watch movies at ease at 1080p without the worry of stuttering etc. But If anyone else joins the threat they might be able to give you an idea of what an intel based system might look like
