Yes, I think that you should be able to use that motherboard with the provided hardware. Would you mind telling me how much wattage can your PSU handle, because that's another important factor you have to consider when upgrading. Thanks.

What this guy said, but make sure that your Power Supply Unit can handle all the wattage before you upgrade, as if you do not do it, it can result in the PSU blowing up, and if the computer is on, it may damage other components as well.
