My PC Specs :
i3 3210 3.20ghz
4 GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
motherboard : Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1
Power supply : 450watt
My monitor Resolution : 1366 x 768
GPU : Intel HD 2500

i have 26K ($415) to spend to upgrade first thing i want to upgrade is
add Extra 4 GB DDR3 Ram
upgrade PSU to Seasonic 520 watt
GPU to Asus GTX 960
and i have small cabinet so GTX 960 doesn't fit in that so i will buy new Cabinet

So,
Prices of things
Cabinet : Cooler Master: CM Force 500 Rs.3200 means $50
4 GB DDR3 Ram Rs.2000 - $31.74
Asus GTX 960 Rs.16500 - $261.90
Seasonic 520 watt PSU Rs.4500 - $71.42

so this Upgrades are good but now i am studying 10th after 4 months i will upgrade.

Even i want to buy Mobile Asus Zenfone 2 which is for Rs.15000($238)

So i have 26k
Should i upgrade PC or buy mobile, even i can buy mobile but after 1 year
What should i do ?

What is your Opinon to this

i have one alternate
I can buy GTX 750 Ti and i will save 16k and i can buy Mobile also.

is GTX 750 Ti enough for 728p or should i upgrade to GTX 960 only
that cabinet support my Mobo or no
Please tell your opinion.

For 720p gaming GTX 750 Ti is more than enough.
For 1080p gaming GTX 960 is the card to get.

Get the GTX 750 Ti. I suggest you get the PC components from local retailer for better price than online where prices are really high.

Yes the Cooler Master 500 is Mid Tower Case can easily accommodate your Micro ATX motherboard, as this case supports both ATX and Micro ATX motherboards. No need to change the motherboard

This is the right time to purchase RAM in India - http://pcilluminati.blogspot.in/2015/07/ddr3-ram-prices-has-come-down-in-india.html

Prices based on local retail market:

Transcend 4GB RAM Rs. 1850 [1333/1600 MHz both cost the same]
Cooler Master Force 500 Case Rs. 3000
MSI GTX 750 Ti Rs. 10850
Seasonic 520W PSU Rs. 4300

Update:

I suggest you get the MSI GTX 750 Ti for Rs. 10850

Why MSI Graphics cards?

Because they make stable, durable and performance oriented graphics cards with lowest RMAs. See the images below:

What is RMA?

You should get a solid average 45-60 FPS @720p with high graphical fidelity on all modern games. Check this guy play GTA V with almost the same config you have, but with inferior 2nd Gen i3 2120. So you should get slightly a better game play experience.

Important Note:

- Update the GTX 750 Ti driver to the GeForce Game Ready Driver for Grand Theft Auto V (Version 350.12 WHQL) at least - http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/83819/nl-nl

- Check the NVIDIA's Official Grand Theft Auto V PC Graphics & Performance Guide, to squeeze every bit of performance out of GTX 750 Ti here - http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/grand-theft-auto-v-pc-graphics-and-performance-guide

The 750ti at bare minimum could do that at 1080p resolution, at your resolution it should do it on high-ultra with 45+ frames.

They make a 750ti in low profile form factor if that is what your current case needs.

As far as PSU goes, if it is a strong quality 450w psu then you don't need to upgrade it, now if it is a low quality one and lacking the GPU connectors then yes an upgrade is necessary.
