Mouse problem in game

Hello all, when I put a game on, the keyboard and xbox pad work great, but when I use the mouse I get lag/jumping, iv tried changing the setting for the mouse but no joy, the fps dose not drop. iv reinstalled windows and the drivers for the mouse lots of time, iv tried a different mouse I get the same problem. I use steam for gaming.
Please Please can you help me

processor: amd fx-8370
motherboard: sabertooth 990fx r2.0
graphics card: x2 amd radeon r9 280x
ram: x2 Kingston 4GB x2 corsair 4GB
mouse: anker precision laser gaming mouse with 8000 DPI
os: windows 7 home premium
psu: corsair rm 850

check the mouse settings in conrtol panel mouse, pointer options, play around with them a bit... is it the same in all games? or just certain ones?

played around with all the setting no change. yeah its the same in all games.

sorry mate its not all games iv tried tomb raider, alien isolation, far cry 3, they ran great. its max payne 3, kingdoms of amalur: reckoning, crisis 3, red faction guerrilla steam edition, call of duty: ghosts, borderlands 2, bioshock infinite, arma 2 all addons dayz, and more. iv tried all usb ports. my mate has got the same game it works fine on his pc (kingdoms of amalur), iv used his mouse on my pc, still no change. im using a 42 in 3d tv but iv tried he's pc monitor no change.

that's as weird as they come... wild guess... do you have any kind of electronics around the mouse - sometime they interfere with the laser inside it? try moving it away from anything, or at the opposite side of the desk - just temporary of couse

also, disable crossfire - again temporary - to test that it's not related to that

check cpu/gpu temps while gaming, maybe the cpu overheats or something.. of course try also loosening any overclock you have set

edit: use only 2 ram sticks at time - again for testing only though the chance of ram causing this is slim.
