Hi guys i just replace my old palit gt 740 1GB with a Gigabyte gtx 970 4GB and i am having some issues.
Basically i play only CS GO
With my old card at 1360/768 res with all low i could get around 110 fps on windows 7
With my new card the first time without OC the graphic card i run the game at 2560/1440 all full and i got average 180-250 fps in windows 7
After i did format and moved to win 8.1 i did OC my graphic card i got 60-90 fps i try everything except re install win 7 and if that fail i am about return it back to the store.
Pls help!

AMD 4300 @5040mhz
GTx 970 gigabyte g1 4GB
1x 8GB ram
psu 1000watt
cpu Cooling on water
