Will a FX-6300 Bottleneck a MSI R9 290?

I was wondering if the FX-6300 Overclocked at 4.2ghz would bottleneck the R9 290. I was wondering if i should spend $30 more dollars for the FX-8320 but only if t makes a big enough difference. Please tell me what i should do.

No. It wont bottleneck but you can overclock more to get better performance. I would get a i5 over the AMD if your budget will allow. Gaming performance will favour a i5 by about 15-20+%.

A I 5 4690K 239 BUCKS A 8320 169 BUCKS OWN BOTH SEE NO DIFFERENCE UNLESS BENCHMARKING AND ONLY SLIGHTLY YOU DO THE MATH AND NO 6300 WONT BOTTLENECK YOUR 290...

Some games really need strong single core performance (MMORPG, for instance).
