Does it matter if I let my Computer sit a while before I Start Stress-Testing?
I honestly know if it'll make any difference. It does take a few minutes to load up some programs. so does it make any difference?
Thanks a lot.

Solution
I assume that you are talking about letting the system come to a thermal equilibrium. If you are comparing the temperatures of your system at different overclocks, then yes that is important. But on a practical level it isn't that important after that initial determination.

The only thing that I noticed was after letting the system load up for a few minutes the temp's went down a little.
Thanks.
