Hi Everyone!!
I bought the Asus Rog Swift PG278Q and since i conected the monitor with the PC is everything running well except that now my graphic card doesnt stay in idle anymore, its always with the GPU Core Clock at around 900MHZ and 1000MHZ and the GPU Load between 30% and 35%. I already turned off g -sync in the driver (the latest -353.30-) and doing so the Gpu Core Clock come down to about 900MHZ, i tried to change the refresh rate from 144HZ to 120HZ and 60HZ and doing so the GPU Core Clock comes down to 658MHZ. Does anyone who have a monitor like this or anyone in general knows if this is normal, if not normal wy is this happening?
I think this is not a normal situation because when i change to the old monitor ( Benq XL2420TX) the graphic card when in idle stays like its expected ( Core Clock -135MHZ), so the problem is not the graphic card. Maybe is the monitor defect ?
Thanks in advance!!!
PC Specs:
CPU- i73930 k
