I'm looking to build a gaming PC and seeking advice from professionals. I want to be able to play mostly all games at 60+ fps. I would like if the list could have the MSI GTX 970 because I've heard some good reviews, but if you could convince me otherwise, that's ok. Thanks!

do you need an OS, as well as a monitor, keyboard and mouse, or anything else? if you just need an OS, you can build something like this:

what do you mean by i'll buy a monitor later? you will need one to use your computer...
do you want to me to try to get a new list with a monitor in budget?
