Need to choose the right case for my build?

what would be the best case to use for this? budget is $140 for the case, cheers

Ah. These forums don't indicate where in the world someone is, so you'd have to say that when you mention your budget. The case is less than $100 here.

With that in mind, unless I were computing in a very hot environment, I'd just axe the Hyper 212 EVO, and with that extra $64 freed up grab a Fractal Design Define S! You don't really need an aftermarket cooler if you're not overclocking — the stock cooler will be fine. You could potentially save a few bucks on the PSU as well. 750 watts is overkill for that system, assuming you're not planning to try to SLI it later on. 550 is plenty.
