Is there anything on my computer that needs upgraded?

I bought my computer from a local computer store about a year and a half ago. I don't know much about computer parts and when they need upgraded. These are results that I got from a program called Speccy, http://gyazo.com/7e8c501cb170f28e2a5c2952530c536c . I play CS:GO with a 144hz monitor at max resolution and low video settings. I also have one more question if you know the answer, what should the temperatures be for each component? Thank you for any help given.

The Speccy app only describes your card as an HD-7800 series. There were at least 3 of those; the HD-7850, HD-7870, and the HD-7870 Gigahertz (OC'd).
If you have a sufficient PSU, you can upgrade the gfx card a bit more for better performance. You could also OC the CPU if you happen to have a motherboard that is suitable for OC'ing. And if you have a sufficient sized PSU for that and a faster card.
