Best graphics cards under INR 20k and a the cheapest processor that wont bottleneck it.

Hi guys I'd like to know the best gpu at INR 20k top buck and I'd also want a good cpu that wont bottleneck the graphics processor unit. I had shortlisted the 2GB MSI GTX 960 and the i5 4460. But I quickly found out that GTX 960 was an outdated card. In real I would want to a budget of around INR 32K for the gpu and the cpu combination. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

If you can find either r9 380 or r9 280x in local shop, just buy it. For most games you need 2bg GPU at least, and some of games may need over 2bg, you are better to buy the 3gb or even 4gb GPU for future new games if you want.

But there are stuff like the r9 380x and the r9 280x which will offer a better Bus width (128 bit in the Gtx 960 vs 256bit in the gtx 380x). Also the 380x comes with a 4 GB memory memwhereas the GTX comes with 2 Gigs. The 280x comes with a 3 gig memory but is more powerful.

Then again there is the price factor. The prices you see on flipkart are pretty much blown up considering what you get at the local markets. I am confused. Some help would be welcome.
