Just build a new pc, everything works fine :D But my microatx motherboard only came with 2 fan headers, one for the cpu fan , and one for a system fan. So I dont have enough headers to use both case fans.. so I was just wondering whether I should use that fan header for the back one which is near my components or for the front fan which has dope looking led's?

Solution
So order a fan splitter or find one at a local shop. Most repair shops or computer stores have them. And use the rear exhaust on your single header for the time being.
These are sleeved, and better quality: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4TZ2SN8399&cm_re=pwm_fan_splitter-_-12-162-026-_-Product

And it's advisable to use both. A single fan isn't much help. Intake doesn't do a lot without exhaust, and visa versa. If you have to use only one for the time being, use the rear exhaust. It's easier to expel heat and allow the pressure differential to draw outside air in than it is to force heated air out by creating pressure from an intake fan.

The splitter from your PM should work fine too. Just plug the fan into the system header for now. When you go to install that splitter, just unplug the fan, plug the splitter into the header, making sure to line up the "key" on the plug, which you'll clearly see as it has a "latch" that fits down over the header. If you have a three pin header, the four pin splitter will still work fine, or you can also find a 3 pin splitter if you prefer. Then just plug both fans into the two other ends on the splitter. That's it. It's really uncomplicated.
