$100-$150 Gaming monitor

As the title says I'm looking for a $100-$150 gaming monitor with a good refresh rate, 1080p and around 23 inches. I will be playing games like WoW, CS:GO and minecraft if that helps. I also was looking at the BenQ GL2460HM and it seemed good and within price range is it a good monitor?

For the price, it's awfully hard to beat. I'd say it's the best option in the price range barring any potential sales. Even then, you'd probably need to spend at least another 25-50 dollars to get a unit that was enough better to justify a different purchase.
