i cant open the WD Passport without being an administrator. How do I change this

I need my WD Passport for school and I cannot access the files on the passport with the school computers because you must have administrator powers to unlock the Passport. Is there a way to change the settings so I no longer need to be an administrator or keep it unlocked permanently?

I'm sorry to hear about your access issues with the WD My passport. :( I'd suggest you to check if you have the latest firmware for the external and also a couple of links from our knowledge base that might be able to help you with the password enabling/disabling.
