Which of the following desktops/laptop is the best overall?

This one is the "best" as far as I can tell. The desktop is using some very old Core 2 technology (2006-2008 era) and the integrated graphics is rather crappy. Celeron-D is even worse. An AMD A6 quad core would be better than both of these by a wide margin, especially in graphics performance. Sure, you aren't gaming, but even watching HD video would potentially be problematic on those other ancient systems.

They were built in a time where HD video, especially on a cheap computer, was simply not a thing. I speak from experience having owned systems using similar CPUs. (Pentium Dual-Core 2.0GHz and Pentium D 2.8GHz, and currently AMD A8 quad core).

EDIT: Also, the first computer is lying about its CPU. That model number is for a dual core CPU at 2.67GHz:

There was NEVER a quad core Pentium. They are all either single or dual core.
