which of these two MB's is the better one?

I was given two MB's and need to decide which to use in my main build?
the other will go into my backup tower.
ASUS P8z77V-pro
ASUS P8z77V-LK

I dont really know the in's and outs about MB's so i wanted to know which is better and why?

the PRO version is better as it supports faster ram and has more sata 6gbps ports. It has more fan hubs. I don't think you will use these but it is probably better all around. The name sort of gives it away.

oh and the pro has onboard wifi.

the pro version is just a better version of the LK

Thank you for taking the time to list the benefits of the pro over the LK.
I will use it in the main tower and use the LK in the second.
Also have a 3770K and a 3570K so i guess it is best to pair up the 3770K with the pro and the i5 3570K with the LK?
