I know i want to get a GTX 970 but I can't decide which. I think I've narrowed it down to two but I'm not sure if there is any real diference between them.

EDIT: I have changed my choices
these are the two i'm looking at.

Is there any difference between the two other than appearance? Also I wouldn't mind suggestions for other cards I could look at but keep in mind the two cards above are at the max for what I can afford.

Specs:

CPU - AMD FX-8350 Black Edition 4.0 Ghz
CPU Fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU - MSI N660 Gaming 2GD5/OC
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3
HDD - seagate 1tb
PSU - CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W
OS - Windows 7 64bit
Case - Cooler Master HAF 912

Solution
I would definitely pick the second one (100ME) since it is made out of better materials and also comes with a nice backplate that will help your GPU stay cool. The regular MSI GTX970 doesn't have one which is a drawback you should always take into account. The price is also very good for such a nice product.
