well thats board it only rated for 95w cpu not 125w cpu isnt really great for that motherboard and when you really start stresting the cpu the vrms will start to overheat and if theres no airflow to them they can burn out

Nope, you will need to fully reinstall Windows (different platforms).

If you absolutely need to upgrade your CPU now and you don't want or cannot reinstall Windows, follow these steps:

- upgrade the motherboard's BIOS to the latest version;

- go find a set of adhesive VRM cooling heatsinks; an example: http://www.enzotechnology.com/mos-c1.htm. They are specifically made for GPUs, but you can use them on any transistor; a 10-pack will suffice, as your motherboard has 6 MOS-FETs in the VRM system. Before closely following the installation procedure, be sure you clean the FETs from dust (don't use any wiping tissues, only use an alcohol-based tissue or a dry one); the motherboard will look like this:

- find the cheapest 8-core 95W FX CPU (FX-8300, FX-8310, FX-8320E or FX-8370E);

- buy a decent air cooler (Zalman CNPS5X, CNPS8X, CNPS10X, Scythe Katana 3 AMD);

- hope for the best.

What PSU are you using (make/model)? Depending on the GPU, you will need at least an 400W PSU (+12V/30Amps).

That promotion sounds OK, so try to grab a good deal. It could be just the old stock clearance though, as they are saying "save big on thousands of amazing items", not "save big on every product".
