Hey, I'm getting random ping spikes when the internet is not being used. Nothing connected to WiFi nothing but one pc with a Ethernet cable and I'm still getting them.
This happens with everything from gaming to just pinging anything in CMD.
I have tried a different modem, a different phone line outlet in the house, different cables, different filters. Everything oh and on a second pc (laptop)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
