It should, they allow for 161mm coolers so the Hyper 212 fits.

That corsair case is decent, but pcpartpicker throws up a warning due to cooler height. Also, I think you are spending more than necessary elsewhere. Also, you will want a PCI-E wireless adapter, as they are more reliable. Also 120gb isn't much room.
