Hi all,
I'm building my desktop in India and thinking of powering it up with either Corsair CX600 (80% efficient) or VS650 (85% efficient)

Specs:
Intel i7-4790k
Radeon R9-270
Asus z97-Pro Gamer
1tb Seagate Barracuda
1x8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz

PS: I'm not very likely to overclock the processor, but will most definitely overclock the GPU.

Please Suggest

I agree with i7baby above.

If you have not gotten the cpu and motherboard, downgrade them into an i5-4460 and a h97/b85 mobo, and invest the money saved onto a better gpu. You would see much better gain in gaming this way, rather than getting a better cpu than the i5.

Would be more than enough for an OC'ed i7+R9 270.

I recommend waiting for the R9 390 to come out in your area, and buy an i5 4460 to go with it. This will give you substantially better performance for nearly the same price.
