Windows 8.1 Network Adapater Issue

Hi I have a problem with a device when I installed my Alfa route(AWUS036H) it resulted to an error the device could not start. Then I tried to uninstall and reinstall USB and other Network Adpaters, still the issue persist but now my Pocket Wifi(HUAWEI) also have the same issue but previously this is starting correctly and also another driver which is Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapater have the same error. I tried running update on the driver they all say I have the latest driver, tried re-installing and uninstalling, also plug it on a different port, also tried to install on safe mode. Nothing works.

I had the same problem with USB 3.0 card

Cause can be 3 thing:
1-Shortage of voltage and power supply (try another Power supply)
2-Driver of that hardware is old (you can solve this with Driver identifier)
3-The device is not capable with your operation system. (check the Brochure and see if it's capable with your operation system)

When I try to re-attach the HUAWEI Broadband and AWUS036H it install but has an error Data Invalid or Device cannot be started. I use a laptop to use this devices, it is compatible only a different way to install the driver followed the instruction on the manual but still no luck to install.
