Sony Vaio "No internet connections" after refresh

My Sony Vaio was really slow so I deleted a few programs and did a system refresh (Win 8.1). Now it's saying "No internet connections", it's not picking up any signals at all. The audio doesn't work either. I don't know if I've deleted some key drivers - if so which ones do I need? Is this a Sony Vaio thing or a Windows thing? Help!

If you did a clean install then you will need to use another computer to download the missing drivers. It appears that, at the minimum you need WiFi (possibly Ethernet as well) and audio drivers. Visit the Sony support site and enter your specific model number to get the right drivers.
