Corsair is an excellent brand, once you shell out more money for their upper tiered units. The CX/CS series are generally poor quality units. The RM is a step up in terms of Corsair units, but it still isn't really the most solid unit you could afford on a similar budget. Both units come with some less desirable capacitors which are known to go prematurely.

I'd look into most things you can afford from

Antec
Seasonic
XFX
EVGA(B2 G2 P2 models)

Or if available to you per your position in the world

Silverstone
