Browser for old netbook

Hi, maybe somebody can recommend good, light browser, which don't eat too much cpu and ram? Or should I use IE 11, or something? Maybe somebody can help how to optimize all system, and softwares? Spec.:
-1,6 Ghz CPU;
-1 GB ram
-Integrated weak graphics
-Starter 32 Bit

Try Google Chrome. Also once installed I would scan for viruses/malware using AVG Free & Malwarebytes Free. Then uninstall Malwarebytes and run disk cleanup/disk defragmenter. I would then search "Indexing Options" >Advanced>Rebuild. That should help speed up searches. If the system still runs slow then your only other options would be to install more RAM and maybe a SSD but those netbooks are pretty weak and may not be worth dropping much cash into them.
