Admirable
remove the CPU cooler, you don't need it with that CPU. the stock cooler will work just fine. also, change the video card and add these parts

it will put you about $20 over your budget, but totally worth it since you get a high end GPU (for 1080p) that will be effectively playing games on high-ultra for a few years at least.

Thanks a lot for the replies, so I'm set now on gigabyte h97 for the mobo, and NZXT source 210 for the case.

About the psu, https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-xfxts550w is this one good enough?

Also, the gtx 970 is way too overpriced here in egypt. All the other parts are available nearby and relatively cheap.

I've heard too that seagate barracuda HDDs are not that good compared to WD, is that true?

Thanks in advance.

You can remove the CPU cooler, or leave it. Personally, I'd leave it. The stock cooler is loud when you're under gaming loads for long periods of time. The EVO is loud too, as compared to other coolers, but it's a lot quieter than the stock cooler since it can do the same job at a much lower RPM due to it's larger size. It is not however essential to the build and can be left off if you need to do so for budget reasons.

In reality, it virtually would. Honestly, it's hard to say at this point WHAT exactly the final hardware requirements for any of the virtual devices will be, but I'd think the majority of the process would be accomplished in the virtual device rather than elsewhere. Since that unit is fairly high end as is, I'd think it would be fine but as I've never worked with any of those devices it wouldn't be prudent to say that with any certainty.

this is of course with rebates in the list.I'm not sure you can use them. The ssd is not necessary, just nice for the allround system speed. The build would be considerably cheaper without it.
