Hi I have my operating system and a couple of programs on my primary drive and all my games on a secondary storage drive. The storage drive is running out of room. Would I be able to plug in a 3rd bigger hardrive and copy all the contents from the secondary drive without cloning or imaging?

Indeed, it might work by changing the drive letters as @USAFRet suggested. However, I would recommend re-installing the games and software stored on the secondary HDD onto the new one. Otherwise some of the software apps might give you errors when loading or the decrease the gameplay performance.
