Hello, I've only once before built a gaming PC and it is alright but I figured it was about time to upgrade so i'm going to sell my old PC and use some saved money to build a new one. I was thinking... (i'm no where near good at this sort of thing)
CPU - i7-4790k
GPU - MSI Gtx 980 4gbs
RAM - G.Skill Trident X 16gbs
PSU - EVGA SuperNova 850 watt b2 80+ Bronze
CPU COOLING - Corsair Hydro Series H105
FANS - Rosewill 120mm 4 pack
MOBO - MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150
CASE - NZXT SWITCH 810 Full Tower
SSD - Crucial Bx100 250Gb
HDD - Seagate 3TB Desktop HDD

If you would be so kind as to look at that and notify me of any incompatibilities, I will be the first to admit I suck at building PCs so please Help, thank you. Also If you have any thing that is a better deal or better in general feel free to offer that up as a suggestion as well. THANK YOU!!!
* This is my maximum amount I would like to spend*

Solution
You did great. Some ideas / clarifications ....

1. I assume the Tridents are 2400 ? the 16GB 2x8) set is a steal at $114

2. Consider the G2 EVGA PSU

3. Strongly recommend against the H105. Cheap aluminum rad results in mixed metals in loop, weak pump, Hi noise.

This beats it thermally and acoustically, has no aluminum / mixed metals, strong pump and you can open the loop and add water blocks for GPUs someday down the line.

4. Which MoBo is that .... The MSI Gaming 5 or Gigabyte of same name or the best performance / dollar ratio.

5. I'd recommend sticking with 2 TB size and 3 TB and 4 TB seem not to hold up as well.... on top of that, SSHDs are 50% faster in gaming

6. I'd consider swapping the case / fans for the Enthoo Luxe / Phanteks fans (best on market)

Thank you for the reply.
1. As for the RAM the ones that I had selected were the 1600, I hadn't even thought about the 2400 so thank you.
2. I've replaced the 850watt Bronze with the g2 750watt.
3. As for the CPU cooler, I'm thinking of one of the Swiftechs
4. The mother board I chose was the MSI one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K23BYCI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER But the Gigabyte one looks more appealing now.. So thank you on that as well.
5. I'll swap the 3tb with a 2tb, I was worried that the larger TB HDDs would have some issues.
6. I like the white Enthoo Luxe case way more but is it big enough to support lots of chasis fans, and what not? I know it can support a few, but does it still have lots of room . I hate having a cramped PC case (I haven't had time to do research on my own). Also as for the fans I was going with the Rosewill pretty much just because I get 4 of them for about the same price I could get a nice singular one. I know they'll be pretty cheap and perhaps even crappy but if they even just last a few months i'll be happy

Thank you for the reply and your suggestions!

EDIT **** What do you think of this MOBO http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Motherboards-Z97-PC-MATE/dp/B00K23BW70/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1436337015&sr=1-2&keywords=motherboard&refinements=p_n_feature_seven_browse-bin%3A5657494011%2Cp_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A2057458011%2Cp_n_feature_keywords_browse-bin%3A5779376011%2Cp_72%3A1248879011

And what about this RAM http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007CCV1TI/ref=ox_sc_imb_mini_detail?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3AFCLE3H9L6U It's 1600 and not 2400 but I'm in love with the blue color scheme...

Whole thing in one place.
