Is it worth adding SSD to build?

Hello. I am considering buying a SSD and uninstalling games and programs and instead reinstalling them onto a SSD. I currently have a Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD. My OS (Windows 8.1) is currently installed onto the HDD, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of transferring everything to a new SSD (8.1 boots ultra fast anyways, under a minute). With that being said, is it really necessary for me to even bother getting a SSD when most of my games and programs boot up relatively quickly? Would it be better to invest into a new CPU, more RAM, or a GPU? Thanks all! I basically use this computer for gaming and 3d modeling, and mess around with game development in Unity.

Specs:

FX 6300 3.5Ghz stock cooler
gtx 760 4gb
m5a99x evo r2.0
WD Caviar Blue HDD
4x2 (8GB) G.Skill RIPJAWS series RAM
750W XFX PSU

What am hearing is, I don't want to re-install OS. If that's the case, skip it for now. You may not need to re-install OS but you still need to CLONE it and follow a precise procedure. No OS on SSD would be a waste of time.

once you go ssd, you never go back. It will improve speeds of bootup and programs launching. I would get the 850 evo if i were you. Or the crucial BX if its a lot cheaper.

but you dont NEED one.

your other parts are pretty decent.

Yes but my OS is already installed on my HDD, so I really just need to know if it will help to still get one and re install my programs onto it.

you can install your OS on the ssd and keep the OS on the hdd until all of your files are moved over. You just have to change the boot drive. It isn't actually that hard and many programs you don't even really need to re-install, just move.
