Changing fans on Phanteks CPU cooler?

Gathering parts for my new build, At the moment I am looking for a CPU cooler,

I like this cooler but I am wondering weather its possible to change the fans, and if so, How do you do it on this cooler as there are no screws where the fans go as you can see in the pictures?

Most rifle coolers like that have clip on fans, which is exactly the case here. So to replace the fans you just undo the clips and pull the fan. Replacement with a new fan is as simple as making sure it has the same size and mounting hole positions.
