Hi,

I recently dropped my laptop and it resulted in me having to replace the graphics card for the system. The laptop seems to work fine but I have no audio output from my speakers anymore.

I read a few other posts which suggested to change the default back to Speakers or Realtek in the control panel. This has been done and tested to no avail. My earphone jack seems to work fine and this is the only way I can currently get any audio output from my laptop, i.e. By plugging in my earphones.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

The graphics card probably wasnt the only thing that broke, something tiny on the sound card or if you have built in speakers on your laptop couldve broke or even just bent out of place, check over everything very very carefully. Cause graphics cards basically cannot produce sound and wont, check over again. Something else had to have broke
