Unplugged slave drive now desktop icons messed up...

I unplugged my "G" drive to trouble shoot an issue now that I have it plugged back in the icons for programs installed on that drive are messed up. They are the white box with the little window icon inside.

How do I fix this?

You can try double-clicking the shortcuts and it may fix itself. If that doesn't work just go back and make the shortcuts again.

Uninstalling the drive probably made the system confused and caused the icons to change.

Thanks for the replies. Somehow it fixed itself. I did delete one of the shortcuts and made a new one but it looked the same. All is well now I think.
