MOBO:Torn between mobo on title but still open to new suggestions and recommendations. Extreme 6 was my first choice but it was not available here in the Philippines( I would like blue theme MOBO please)

Cooling: Please make suggestions on AIR cooling only most efficient air cooling and still blue themed. Thank you.

First you dont need 16gb of ram for gaming.

The extreme 4 is a great mobo so ill vote for that one.
As i can see. You didnt list what power supply you will be getting. Make sure you get a good quality one. Not some cheap high wattage psu. Evga seasonic antec xfx are some of the better brands.

I7 is overkill hy if u have the budget then why not. You wont need a fancy cooler as the i7 rums fast enough. So get any half decent coolerm maybe a cooler master akd slap some blue led fans on it.
