That won't play dayz on ultra only because dayz is a POS.
But it's also stupidly balanced. the CPU is way stronger than the GPU.
For $900 you could build it yourself much better.

With taxes this will be about $900, and it will have 2-3x the FPS of that prebuilt:

yea that PC will be able to play both of those games easily at max settings 1080p.
The power Supply in it though is only 350w so if you ever plan on upgrading GPU you will also have to replace the PSU.

Its not that good of a deal but, if you are buying a prebuilt you can't go wrong with it.
