Guys please help me to choose one of these two builds

Hi, so I've finally decided to throw some money on a PC. I will be using my PC for gaming, Matlab, occasional Adobe software (Photoshop, premier, captivate). I am in UK.

Build 1:
i7 5820k
G-Skill 16GB (4 x 4GB) Ripjaws 4
Corsair CXM 750W
Asus X99-S
Freezer i30 CO

Total : £790

Build 2:
Intel Core i7-4790K
HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB)
Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Strix
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W
Asus Z97-PRO Gamer S1150

Total: £796

If I go with build 1 I will have to use my old GPU now and get a GPU 6-7 months later.

I have a monitor and couple of HDD and SSD already.

Well, In that case don't you think it is just simply better to go with build 1 if I buy my GPU later anyway?

overall i think it would be a waste of money investing in a high end machine like build one if your only occasionally using adobe's software. if you are mainly gaming build two will play games just as well. the gpu is going to make the difference. ddr3 vs ddr4 ram and the better processor will only be a slight improvement for a high premium.

DDR4 is the only thing holding be back. If I build 2 it will instantly become outdated in no time :(
