Im planning to build a rig with these components:
i7 - 4790k
msi z-97 gaming 3 mobo
16gd ram (either kingston hyperxfury or corsair vengeance)
palit jetstream gtx 970 (no other brand available sadly)
micro atx casing
AIO cooler (240mm) and some 120mm fans..
LED lights (for a red themed PC)
I want to ask the good people here what PSU you recommend. I would also like to exclude these brands because theyre not easily available here:
Antec
Corsair
Superflower
Something not extremely expensive but also would guarantee safety to my $350 parts. thanks

edit: im planning on slight overclock... not pushing it to the limit, just a little, maybe + .2ghz or so.

Well first of all you excluded many PSU brands due to your location but you don't say where that is or what is available. Regardless of where you are, there are good webshops you might get a PSU from that ship internationally, though it might cost you a lot depending on where you live.
On a sidenote, I'm not sure a micro ATX enclosure is a wise choice given that the 4790K and the GTX970 will put out a hefty amount of heat. You will need to have great airflow to keep a small enclosure with two such ovens inside cool.
As for the overclocking, be aware the 4790K comes with a pretty high stock frequency, so to cool it even at stock you need AT LEAST a decent mid-to-upper-range air cooler. Don't overclock unless you have a beastly cooler.
As for the PSU, it's hard to guess what's easily available to you, but how about an EVGA Supernova G2 ? Great quality at a decent price. Figure out the power need with an online calculator, but 500-600 W would probably suit you.

thank you for your reply.
well, I did more research and msi z97-gamer3 isnt compatible with mATX, so i will have to reconsider.
I will be using a liquid AIO cooler for my rig (corsair or deepcool available locally).
Upto now, im still canvassing several shops for more options for better PSUs.
Im from the philippines.. the provinces unfortunately..
rarely any computer stores selling good PSUs.
Here are some of my considerations..

+ amazon and newegg isnt available for shipping in my area, sadly. and import taxes from US to philippines is also huge. sadly EVGA Supernova2 isnt available here too.

thanks for the reply anyway.

okay.. I have chosen the seasonic X series. One more follow up question please:
In the future, I might SLI 2 970s.. Is it wise to get the 850watt instead?
or should I get something lower. x-750?

i wont crossfire, only SLI, as i use nvidia cards. I am not really familiar of the power consumption under load.
