Dayz standalone Bugs and Issues

I have recently bought Dayz Standalone and it is filled with bugs and glitches. One specifically is when I am running through a pretty large city and my graphics card just gives out and make the game look so bad. My arms become squared and the buildings disappear or remain but in bad detail
i have an Amd r7 260x and I wanted to see if this card was okay to run dayz and I have an intel Pentium g3258 processor

the game is horribly optimized, its been in alpha stage for 2 years now with little to no changes.

Its not your setup, its the game.

also what you're describing are texture popin issues, if you have a fast HDD then they shouldn't be happening.

I play on normal to low settings and I have followed a lot of videos regarding changing the launch options and the dayz folders but I dont know what to do. In citys I get about 30 to 20 fps but out of nowhere it drops to 10 and 9 and my game is all glitched out and buildings start to disappear and my chracter looses all of his details on the way he looks
