An old HDD with Windows 7 Home Premium OEM in a new build?

I am building a new PC for the first time, and am hoping to reuse components from my current PC, i.e. the monitor, GPU (GTX 750 TI), and the HDD. I am reusing the HDD mainly to preserve the files on my current PC. I will not be using an SSD for the time being.

However, I have run into a problem with my OS.
I was hoping to reuse the copy of Windows 7 Home Premium I had installed on this HDD with my old Motherboard. I installed this over Windows Vista which came with the PC. The Windows 7 I installed is OEM and is apparently bound to that Motherboard.

This means I must buy a new copy of Windows 7 for the new PC as I understand it, but does this mean I cannot use my current HDD in the new build either? Would it be possible to uninstall Windows 7 from the HDD in the old PC, place the HDD in the new PC, and install Windows 7 again from the disk to the HDD?

Here is the build I plan on reusing the HDD in: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2MDM7P

Solution
Yes. you can re-use the HDD by replacing the old Windows 7 OEM version. As you noticed, the old OS is keyed to the old motherboard and the OEM license is good only for that machine.

Great, thank you! So there's no need to remove anything from the HDD before installing Windows 7 again when it's working off the new motherboard? Can I overwrite the Windows 7 currently installed?
