What PSU should I use for these? How many wattage? Is this an overall good build?

you're going to want some decent power to run the 390x. it is rated at up to 300w and some. paired with an overclocked i7 and liquid cooling, i'd suggest 600w as a minimum for the psu. something from the top 2 tiers of units from this list will be good http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

looking around here are a few top quality psu's that will work for you. one is gold rated and other is semi modular to compare with the standard one that is neither. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr%2Cxfx-power-supply-p1650gts3x%2Cxfx-power-supply-pro650wp1650snlb9/

or for more cash, you can have it all. best of the best here
