I am a first time pc builder and was wondering if my gaming pc build was fine and which way to go for ram, cpu and gpu. I am planning on buying the oculus rift and upgrading my gpu to something like the gtx 970 or gtx 980 ti. Suggestions for an upgrade would be great! Also should i upgrade my ram from 8gb to 16 now or later? I may start streaming once i get the oculus rift.

Pretty good...

CPU Cooler - Don't forget one. You do plan to overclock, right?
SSD - Not the best performer. Check out the Samsung 850 EVO or Crucial MX100 / BX200.
PSU - The 650w PSU won't allow you to SLI so if you want to keep that option open, look toward a 1000w PSU from XFX or Seasonic.
