I'm closing in to finalizing my decisions on what to buy for my first build. I'm all set on the CPU, Motherboard, GPU, and RAM. I already have my budget case which is the Cooler Master K280. Now onto the Power Supply. I have two options, either the Seasonic S12II 520 Watts or the Seasonic M12II 520 Watts, the difference between the two being the latter is a fully modular power supply.

Now I've seen on YouTube how much messy a PC would look with a non modular power supply, and it really just scares me like crazy where the hell am I gonna put all those cables i'm not gonna use (First time builder). Then came the modular power supply from seasonic, but the pessimist in me keeps on telling me I wouldn't even know what to plug where in the PSU.

So, modular Seasonic or non-modular Seasonic?

Solution
I peronally prefer modular.

And would suggest to anyone, including noobs.

You shouldnt worry about plugging in the wrong things to the PSU, most modular PSU's are cleary labelled as to what to plug in and which port to plug it into.

Just remember, no plugging in a molex and SATA power into your HDD/SSDs. This ends up badly. [/was in a rush and it didnt work out for me, :D]
