I am looking for a card that can run Skyrim on the highest possible setting in 1080p at 60+fps with 150+ mods and maybe an ENB running at the same time. If it can render while I am playing the game that will be great (not necessary). It will be running with an AMD FX8350. The brand of the card does not matter, also If it can play the latest games at 1080p 60fps that will be a great plus

Solution
Without giving it a second thought, the GTX 970...BOOM!

Simply the BEST card for 1080p and the most "Cost-To-Performance" card on the market. Not only that but 970's in SLI perform better than the GTX 980 Ti or the AMD Fury cards. Get a single GTX 970 now and play ANY game at 1080p maxed out with 60+ FPS (assuming you have a good CPU, RAM, etc). Then get a second GTX 970 when the prices from for SLI to add several more years while being able to game in 4K as well (with SLI)

This is the card I have and swear by it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125684

I was thinking the same but I am seeing people saying that they need to SLI to run Skyrim on 1080p 60+Fps with ENB on. I am not really sure anymore. I am already spending $160-180 on the CPU and my total cost for the PC will be 850, without the case, and another $50-70 on the WD Blue HDD

Whoever says you need SLI 970's to run Skyrim on 1080p is so wrong. That game is already several years old and the GTX 970's can play GTA V on 1080p without breaking a sweat.

Might want to check their ENTIRE PC specs before blaming the card. A single GTX 970 will play Skyrim at 1080p without any problems.
