case: cooler master k280
psu: seasonic 500w
vga card: geforce gt 730
ram: kingston 4gb
should i get any mother board?/or something in particular?

The GTX730 is really weak. You would almost be better off going the AMD apu route and skipping the video card completely if your budget is THAT low.

cause my budget is limited i was thinking of the intel pentium dual core 3.1ghz
and a cheaper motherboard, i just need one that can handle all the things.
