Which rig should be best for me? (CPUxMoBoxRAM)

I appreciate any advice, I feel lost :(
I will upgrade my desktop PC soon. I am reading about the parts since one week now, but still I feel lost.

First of all I have ATX/microATX case, Corsair 600W PSU and MSI GTX 6600ti (it is 3.0 interface). Ans Samsung EVO SSD 250GB. I want to re-use all of those parts.

Second thing is, I want to upgrade because my rig is quite old, with 1.0 GPU interface, no usb 3.0 and intel 775 socket. I would like to play The Witcher 3. Or Minecraft (on max settings+mods/shaders) which is impossible with this CPU. And I want my new set to serve me even longer that my current one. I do not need to play games like GTA V, but I would love to be prepared if some of my favorite franchise would re-activate.

1.About CPU, I am thinking of i7 3770K. I surely do not need more cores than 4, but for Minecraft single core frequency is most important as far as i know. Overclocking past 4ghz would fit. I do not know if this is best choice for my needs / budget though.

2.I have no idea which MB I need. I do not need more than 2 6gb/s Sata and 2x USB3.0.
But I would really appreciate nice audio quality. Probably I need socket 1155. And if I would pay 10 pounds more for some magic technologies that will improve data flow (minecraft world loading) I would go for it.

3.If it comes to RAM, 16GB is what I need, but probably 1600 speed would be ok (I am not sure if more will help me with that Mainecraft stuff either).

4.I have no idea hot to cool that stuff, or if 600W PSU will be right.
I am open for hunting for used parts. I would be realy happy If I could fit in let's say... 300-400 £ ~500$. Overclocking is welcomed, especially for CPU ghz. But most important of all, to not burn those parts. I am pretty sure I will not need to upgrade anything past that in another 10 years.
And my money source will end soon as well.

(Too long to read, but if that may help:
My current parts are MSI G41M-P28 with Intel Core 2 quad Q9650, Kingston 1066 DDR3 2x4GB, Also, I have Windows 7 retail)

Thank You so much for any hints that will make me closer to my new PC, really <3

Solution
this changes things but not the fact that you will need to upgrade before 10 years (especially GPU). Will need bit of time to come up with alternate build.

edit:
Would need to look for CPU used because buying it new would be £244.99 or more

Your current card wont do max settings on witcher 3 even at 1080p (it can but definetly not 60 fps). I took into account all your requests and put together this build. The priority is in the i7 CPU which comes at 4.0 GHz and the graphics card r9 290x is equivalent to a GTX 780 ti but cheaper. The case is solid with plenty of room, a quality PSU, and a 256 G ssd and 1 TB HDD for storage.

EDIT:
I just read your budget of $500 and not wanting to upgrade in 10 years. This will probably not happen. The i7 4790k is a great CPU that will last you easily 4 or more years. The 660 ti is pretty old and you definitely need to replace it as it will not last 10 more years. Will likely struggle on future games as well.

A 780 ti or R9 290x would last you 3-4 years as well. Your SSD and power supply are fine but I would strongly advise getting anew power supply every few years. If the PSU goes it can take out your entire system, why risk that?

Thanks, but you misunderstood my post :) One thing is that I already have everything except motherboard cpu& ram, second is that I want to play minecraft on full details, Witcher on minimum / medium would fit. Ofc in the future I want to upgrade GPU but for now I will stick to my current one (GTX 660ti) becouse of the budget.
Those 4 parts I am interested in (3+ cooler) would be around 700$ as I can see. Would be hard to get that money but I will look on used parts today.

So can I ask two questions, will those (cpu&mobo&ram) parts heve good compatibility with the others I have? And will I have any benefits from Haswell instead of 3770k (considering my needs isn't it too overpowered)? The cheapest I can get in UK is 340$ which is my budget alone :(

more stick so if one dies on you it's still good. The mobo on the list can fit 4 modules of RAM so you can get 4 modules of 4G for 16 GB of RAM. The RAM speed honestly doesn't make a huge difference, you can get 1866 speed RAM such as this one:

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
